The wonderful story of Tom Sawyer and his friends takes place at the spectacular stage of “THEATRON” in the cultural center “Hellenic Cosmos”.
Tom Sawyer is a charming young boy, a representative of insouciance and mischief, but also a true representative of childhood innocence and integrity. Tom may lie in order to cover up a childish damage that has done, but he always reveals the truth in the end, as he believes in justice, straightness and honesty. Tom Sawyer’s hero is Robin Hood.
Tom Sawyer, Hawk Finn, Aunt Polly, Becky and their friends are our new friends as well, the new heroes of a small community in the early 19th century. Their everyday worries are illustrated through the children’s eyes with excess of tenderness, love and humor!
Mark Twain, the writer, points out that most of the adventures of the book have actually happened.”While writing this book, I had as a main purpose to entertain the kids-older and younger, boys and girls-but I hope to entertain also the adults, as the stories will remind them of how they used to think and behave, but also how easily they could be involved in amazing and complicated situations, when they were themselves children.”
With the help of Nana Nikolaou and our valuable partners, we continue our journey into the world of classical authors. We set up a village, which will be filled with the colorful lives of our heroes and flooded by great music and songs.
We expect you to experience the adventure and the joy of life with us!
